This Privacy Policy explains how Gate Pass Manager handles information when you use the app.
Gate Pass Manager does not collect, access, or sell your personal information.
The app is designed to store the information you enter locally on your device. We do not operate a system that requires you to submit your data to us.
Information created or entered in Gate Pass Manager is stored locally on your device. This data remains under your control and is not automatically transmitted to us.
If you uninstall the app, clear its application data, or otherwise remove locally stored information, that information may be permanently deleted.
Gate Pass Manager may provide an optional Cloud Sync feature. Cloud Sync is not mandatory for using the app.
If you choose to use Cloud Sync, information may be transmitted to and stored on the cloud server associated with the Cloud Sync service. This transfer occurs only when you choose to use the feature.
If you do not enable or use Cloud Sync, your information remains stored locally on your device and is not synced to the cloud through this feature.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Gate Pass Manager does not use your personal information for advertising or tracking purposes.
Because most app data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and protecting access to it.
If you choose to use Cloud Sync, the security and handling of synchronized data may also depend on the cloud service and infrastructure used by that feature.
Gate Pass Manager does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the app does not require users to provide personal information to us, we do not intentionally maintain personal information about children on our own systems.
You can use Gate Pass Manager without enabling Cloud Sync. You may choose whether or not to use the optional synchronization feature.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the app or its features. Any updated version will be made available with the app or through the applicable distribution channel.
